Tender and succulent, Rosé Beef is lighter coloured and delicately flavoured, and is a responsible alternative to veal. The cuts are similar to beef cuts, but some are smaller. Rosé is ideal for many continental recipes, like goulash and bolognese sauce, and also for oriental recipes such as Thai meatballs. Rushall Organic Mutton Mutton is wonderfully tasty and mature lamb, which is only available in specialist butchers. It needs long slow cooking to bring out all the flavours.
