Marcham Organic Beef

We have been producing beef for years: since 1999 our Marcham beef has been organic.

Marcham Organic Rosé

This is young beef, also known as Good Veal. Tender and succulent, Rosé Beef is lighter coloured and delicately flavoured, and is a responsible alternative to veal. The cuts are similar to beef cuts, but some are smaller. Rosé is ideal for many continental recipes, like goulash and bolognese sauce, and also for oriental recipes such as Thai meatballs.

Rushall Organic Lamb
Rushall Farm is our family farm in Berkshire: most of the lambs come up to Marcham to fatten up in the winter on the dairy meadows.

Rushall Organic Mutton

Mutton is wonderfully tasty and mature lamb, which is only available in specialist butchers. It needs long slow cooking to bring out all the flavours.
