The Cumber family have been farmers in Oxforshire and Berkshire for generations. In 1999 we started farming organically at Manor Farm, Marcham in Oxfordshire and Rushall Farm, Bradfield in Berkshire and now our beef, lamb and milk is 100% organically produced. At Marcham we also have our organic dairy unit where the milk for our ice-cream is produced and also our free-range Gloucester Old Spot and Berkshire pigs.

Our homebred livestock is reared exclusively on our farms, slaughtered locally, to reduce "food miles" as much as possible, and expertly butchered on Soil Asociation approved premises. The meat is then vacuum packed and professionally frozen.
